Help! Elevation is your friend with internet. The higher you are, the more likely you have clear line-of-sight to our towers. Many of our best-performing Skyline customers are on the upper slopes with panoramic views. While cable struggles uphill, internet signals travel better with altitude.
Cable signal degrades with distance from the distribution hub. Your neighbor is closer to the source, so they get stronger signal. By the time the signal climbs the hill to your home, it's already lost significant strength. It's frustrating but technically normal. Internet doesn't have this distance penalty.
